We recently visited Los Angeles – the epicenter of unsheltered homelessness in the US. When you glance at L.A., you’d think nobody is doing anything to address the homelessness crisis. We were happy to learn about great work happening there. But despite the great work, they still struggle to address homelessness. Can L.A. ever solve its homelessness crisis?
